HABITAT
It is said that you could find Canora in every dark reach of the world, far away from man kind. Over the years, they have spread and repopulated drastically, and individual Canora find an environment which suits them the best. Whilst it seems apparent that most of the species prefer woodlands, there are a rare few who prefer deserts and wastelands. We think this has something to do with the specific reptile gene that the individual is carrying. Like certain reptiles prefer the heat and some prefer the cold -- it works the same way.
Either way, Canora prefer to stick to their own kind. They detest humans and would avoid them at all costs if for any reason they crossed paths, and prefer to stay away from any other creatures they may come across. They are generally not aggressive to these creatures, they just prefer to keep separate. To other Canora, they live in harmony. Some like solitude, but others like to form packs and make friends, and work together as a group to survive.
It is still being decided whether or not Canora are nocturnal. We think it varies a lot between individuals. Depending on their environment, some Canora like to avoid the sun, though others love to baste in it. Daytime however seems to be a prime time for hunting, as large prey such as deer, elk and other ungulates seem to come out during these hours.
